Hey there, I’m Jas and welcome to S.E.L.F.I.E. Check by Jas! Here, you’ll find my heart’s passion for empowering and encouraging others to break free from their limitations and show up as their full, authentic self!
My purpose grew out of my personal journey of rediscovery. I believe that God has a purpose and plan for each of us, and that plan is for us to be who He created us to be. There’s joy and peace there that flows in our lives and throughout everything we do.
Here, you will find my blog “Let’s Talk About…”, women empowerment coaching (coming soon), the S.E.L.F.I.E. Check-In Podcast, and my S.E.L.F.I.E. Check Statement Apparel that are all about empowering us to pursue our life goals at a healthy pace!
We are all on our own journey of progress, and here, we do it together!
