Hey there, I’m Jas and welcome to S.E.L.F.I.E. Check by Jas! Here, you’ll find my heart’s passion and life’s purpose for empowering and encouraging others through their journey of inner-healing with God so they can be their full, authentic self!
My purpose grew out of my personal journey of rediscovery. For years, I had hidden behind roles, responsibilities, and fear. As I’ve grown in my relationship with God and began doing the inner-self work, I’ve been able to identify my limitations and break-free from them. Today, I am finally able to bring my full, authentic self to every space and place.
Here, you will find empowerment resources including my blog, snippets of coaching videos, life talks with my circle, and practical “how-to” strategies that empower you to pursue your life goals at a healthy pace, and much more!
We are all on our own journey of progress, and here, we do it together!
